Host a Cat-Griz Football Board Fundraiser

Raise money for your team, club, or cause while celebrating Montana’s biggest football rivalry. DRIVEN’s Football Board Fundraisers are a simple and fun way to generate funds and engage your community during the Cat-Griz Game. These boards are ideal for sports teams, youth programs, classrooms, and nonprofit groups.

How It Works

You choose the size and pricing of your board:

100-Square Board

Sell all 100 squares for $10 or $20 each. This format is great for full-game participation with payouts after each quarter and the final score.

  • $10 board raises $1,000

  • $20 board raises $2,000

25-Square Board

Sell 25 squares at $10 or $20 each. A smaller option with fewer payouts, perfect for halftime and final score wins.

  • $10 board raises $250

  • $20 board raises $500

DRIVEN will provide you with a printable PDF game board based on your selection.

Administrative Fees

To support DRIVEN’s mission and administrative work, we ask for a small flat fee per board:

  • 100-square board: $50

  • 25-square board: $25

After your fundraiser, you send this fee directly to DRIVEN.

Your Responsibilities

As the host, you are responsible for managing your board. This includes collecting payments from participants, writing names on the board, randomizing score numbers, paying out the winners, and submitting DRIVEN’s administrative fee after the game concludes.

Suggested Payouts

You are welcome to set your own payout structure, but here is a sample for guidance:

For a $10, 100-square board:
Quarter 1 winner: $100
Halftime winner: $150
Quarter 3 winner: $100
Final score winner: $200
DRIVEN fee: $50
Remaining for your organization: $400

For a $20, 25-square board:
Halftime winner: $100
Final score winner: $150
DRIVEN fee: $25
Remaining for your organization: $225

Make sure all payouts and rules are clearly communicated to participants in advance.

The Chain of Good

Every organization that participates in a DRIVEN fundraiser commits to one act of good in return. This could be volunteering, organizing a community project, or supporting another cause. It’s a simple way to give back and keep the spirit of the fundraiser going long after the game ends.
