FISCAL SPONSORSHIP
Support for your mission—with nonprofit infrastructure to back it up.
Do you have a great idea, a community-driven project, or a grassroots initiative—but lack 501(c)(3) status? DRIVEN offers fiscal sponsorship to help you bring your vision to life.
Through fiscal sponsorship, DRIVEN provides the legal and financial framework needed to receive tax-deductible donations, apply for grants, and manage funds responsibly—without the burden of forming your own nonprofit right away.

What’s Included:
When you’re fiscally sponsored by DRIVEN, you receive:
Access to DRIVEN’s nonprofit status for donations and grants
Donor acknowledgment and recordkeeping
Financial oversight and compliance with IRS regulations
Fundraising support and strategy guidance
Optional collaboration with other DRIVEN-sponsored groups
We serve as your administrative partner—so you can focus on your mission, not your paperwork.
Fee Structure
To cover administrative costs such as bookkeeping, donor tracking, legal compliance, and reporting, DRIVEN charges a small percentage of net profits generated through your sponsored activities.
Fees start at 2.5% and may range up to 15%, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
The exact percentage is determined based on workload and agreed upon before fundraising begins.
All fiscal sponsorship agreements are transparent and documented in writing, so you know exactly what to expect.
Giving Back
As part of DRIVEN’s mission, each fiscally sponsored group is expected to contribute to their community in meaningful ways—volunteering, organizing service projects, or giving back through their work. This keeps our model rooted in mutual benefit and sustained impact.
At DRIVEN, support goes both ways.
When your organization receives funding, sponsorship, or fundraising support through DRIVEN, you join our commitment to creating a sustainable chain of good. That means every individual or group we help is asked to give back in some small—but meaningful—way.
What’s Required?
Each participant agrees to complete one act of community service within 90 days. This could be:
Volunteering at a local nonprofit
Hosting a free event or workshop
Organizing a neighborhood cleanup
Mentoring another team or youth group
Why It Matters
This isn’t just a clause—it’s our core. When those who receive help also give back, we build stronger, more connected communities together.
How to Report
After your act of good, simply submit a photo sharing your activity so we can celebrate and share the impact.
